Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original NOKWOL shoe box and outer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
Ship the Package
Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
